Tonya L. Moore

founder & Executive Director

Tonya Moore is the Founder and Executive Director of Bravery Park. A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings a deep commitment to service, leadership, and community impact. Tonya has a background in business administration and operations, with extensive experience leading teams, managing complex systems, and launching mission-driven initiatives. Her vision for Bravery Park was born from a desire to create safe, dignified housing and holistic support for vets transitioning to civilian life.

Focus Areas: Organizational vision and strategic direction; veteran advocacy and program development; partnerships and community relations; governance and board leadership.

Brandon Gilmore

President

Brandon Gilmore serves as President of the Board for Bravery Park. A U.S. Army captain and seasoned project manger, Brandon brings disciplined leadership, operational planning, and execution expertise to the organization. His experience managing large-scale projects ensures that Bravery Park’s initiatives remain structured, efficient and mission-aligned from concept through completion.

Focus Areas: Project planning and execution, operational oversight, risk management, strategic implementation.

Raymond Moore, Jr.

board member

Raymond Moore Jr. serves as a Director for Bravery Park, offering expertise in home inspections and residential renovations. His technical knowledge ensures that housing units meet safety standards, code compliance, and long-term durability. Raymond plays a key role in protecting the integrity of Bravery Park’s housing assets.

Focus Areas: Property inspections and compliance, renovation planning, safety and code standards, facility sustainability.

Shelley Oliver-Landrum

BOARD MEMBER 

Shelley Oliver serves on the Bravery Park Board, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to support sustainable growth. She brings a strong foundation in fiscal management, ensuring accountability and alignment between the organization’s mission and its financial practices.

Focus Areas: Budgeting, financial planning, compliance, and resource allocation.

Ivy Moore

Officer

Ivy Moore serves as Secretary of the Board and leads community engagement efforts for Bravery Park. She brings strong organizational skills and a passion for relationship-building through events, outreach, and community partnerships. Ivy supports transparent communication and documentation while helping cultivate public awareness and involvement.

Focus Areas: Board records and documentation, community events and outreach, volunteer coordination, public engagement initiatives.

Twana Moore

Officer

Twana Moore serves as Treasurer and Spiritual Advisor for Bravery Park. She oversees financial stewardship while also providing faith-based guidance that aligns with the organization’s values and mission. Twana brings a steady, principled approach to decision-making, ensuring fiscal responsibility and spiritual integrity remain central to the organization’s work.

Focus Areas: Financial oversight and accountability, budget planning, ethical stewardship, spiritual guidance and mission alignment.

Zaneta Adams, Esq.

Zaneta Adams, Esq., serves as Legal Advisor to Bravery Park. A U.S. Army veteran and licensed attorney, she provides legal insight on governance, compliance, and organizational best practices. Zaneta’s dual background in military service and law strengthens Bravery Park’s foundation by ensuring ethical, compliant, and legally sound operations.
